  This service includes the printing of Stationary, Brochures, Invitations, Bags, Pen, Planner, Mug, Car Parking Labels, Thermal Binding, Spiral Binding, Delegate Kit, Folders etc. apart from this, We also undertake the setting up of Conference Secretariat with the help of the latest office automation equipment like Laptops, Computers, Barcode Scanner, Digital Photocopiers, Color Printers, Laser Printers, and Manpower etc. We also make available On site Badge making.
• In-Conference
  We provide the following facilities under In-Conference Services:
  
  • Signage including welcome towers, arches, country nameplates, placards, podium logo, gate hoardings, parking boards, etc.
  • Local transport including transportation from respective hotels to the conference venue/reception venues/cultural programs and local sightseeing.
  • Manual/Computerized registration of participants
  • Delegate Badges - Designing, Printing, Lamination & Plastic Badges.
